Property Tax for Conveyancers

Our Opinion & Written Advice Service

If you are a conveyancer, and require regular or one off advice on SDLT, our Written Advice service may be of interest.

Written Advice for Conveyancers

Are you a conveyancer? Need advice on all things SDLT?

We will provide your client with a questionnaire which will allow us to make a full assessment of the correct rate of SDLT and any applicable relief.

You may be well versed in SDLT but there will always be those situations where the SDLT treatment is not straightforward or, your client may ask you to advise on a much more complicated transaction and perhaps you feel that any advice would be outside your scope.

In those more complicated cases we can provide your clients with a full written advice and a full disclosure report supporting the SDLT return with reference to legislation, case law and guidance which can be relied upon should HMRC ever issue a compliance check in relation to the SDLT return you completed on their behalf.
