You could be due a refund if you have purchased a probate property in the last 12 months as a Property Developer.

If you or your company have purchased a probate property in the last 12 months and paid SDLT you may be due a refund. There are a number of conditions which must be met for this relief to apply but once satisfied you could be exempt from paying SDLT. Relatus can advise you whether the transaction satisfies the conditions for the relief and if applicable assist you to claim a refund of the overpaid SDLT.
